1. Enter Safe Boot
2. Disable all startup services
3. Rename the rasppoe.sys file
4. Run the Network Troubleshooter
5. Reset TCP/IP
6. Update your network drivers
7. Disable autotuning

Enter Safe Mode ( Boot ):

• login your personal computer.
• While in Safe mode you require a press and hold the “Windows” button and the “R” button
• Run Window pop up appears on your computer or laptop.
• Type in the “Run” window the following command “MSCONFIG”. and Enter now.

Disable all startup services:

Open your control panel Setting Page

• Start > type ‘control panel’ > open Control Panel
